With a maximum of 8 SENDCos in each supervision group, sessions are tailored to their development needs. Learning stimuli led by the group supervisor respond to the real-world problems SENDCos need to solve. Topics addressed may include:

    • Leadership of SEND
    • SEND Strategy

      • e.g. identification, graduated approach, EHCP procedures.
    • Managing People, Resources & Finance

Working in small groups allows us to offer support at a very competitive price. Although this sessions take place online, groups are generally organised by geographical relevance.

Typical costs:

   Online Group Supervision Guide Prices

  • Block of 3 Group Sessions (3 x 2-2.5 hours)
    £250 per block

    • Distributed across a term or academic year
    • Good value for smaller schools
  • Block of 6 Sessions (6 x 2-2.5 hours)
    £450 per block

    • Distributed across a term or academic year
    • Excellent value for a greater level of support

We can offer added support structures (eg 1-1 check ins, reporting back to the HT/DHT) and will happily tailor a bolt-on package to suit your needs & budget

Please note: While SENDCos are encouraged to discuss real-world issues and challenges in these sessions, confidentiality is respected at all times and names of students are not used
