   How It Works

We focus on the needs of one young person in your setting and a specific area of need (or a small group with similar need). We rapidly upskill your team, improving outcomes for SEND pupils in both the short and long term. We team you up with an appropriate SEND Education Partner with specialism in the area you need to develop.

For most schools, our process involves two days in school as follows:

   The Process

    • Day One in School: Discovery
      • Your SEND Education Partner visits your school and meets your young person/people with specific need
      • We take input from Class Teacher, Parents, Support Assistants as appropriate
      • We develop an overview of your child’s area of need and how they present
    • Planning Phase
      • After visiting the setting, we create & agree a tailored CPD plan for your staff
      • We expect this to include online meetings and discussion with your SLT & SEND Teams to ensure we have an agreed focus and approach
      • We ensure you are matched with the most appropriate SEND Education Partners from our team to deliver your training according to your need
    • Day Two in School: Deliver
      • Your SEND Education Partner delivers your tailored CPD within the school setting
      • We may involve more than one SEND Education Partner – this is determined by what will best serve your CPD needs

This is an effective approach to develop knowledge and understanding in large groups. It’s not limited to teaching staff and can be used to developed shared understanding of specific needs between teaching staff, parents & children.

   Pricing:

  • Guide price of £1800 includes: 
    • SEND Education Partner initial day in school, assessing need and gathering information
    • Planning and Development led by your SEND Education Partner in conjunction with school teams
    • Delivery of CPD in school by specialist SEND Education Partner
